Residential home delivery services are available to any zip code within North America and Europe. All of our home deliveries are final mile, completed by a specially, trained 2-man team in a fully equipped air-ride truck that includes an e-track, a lift/rail gate, and camera connected to our Dispatch Track System. We make a 24 hour pre-call to confirm the date and time of delivery, and offer an optional telephone feedback survey by your customer. For all residential deliveries, customers are sent a photo of the delivery team for safety and peace of mind.

We offer numerous levels of Home Delivery service, which can be customized based on specific needs. Below are examples of the most common levels of service, all offering final mile delivery:

• Threshold: Items are taken through the first dry door of the building. No stairs, unpacking or assembly.
• Room of Choice: Items are taken into the room of choice within the customer’s home with 2 flights of stairs included. No unpacking.
• White Glove: Items are taken to where customer requests; are unpacked and assembled, with debris removal.
• Deluxing: Items are opened, inspected, and preassembled, if needed, at our warehouse to ensure that it is in showroom condition prior to calling the customer for delivery.
