I rarely take the time to contact companies about their service; but in this case, I was blown away by Jennifer’s willingness to help me, be understanding, thoughtful and kind in what has been one of the most frustrating situations I have encountered in a long time. I needed to move an expensive bed from a relative’s house in MO to Chicago. This was a piece I had bought my parents and I needed to get it back. I contacted many large moving companies who wouldn’t move “one-off pieces”. This situation had already been a financial burden, but my friend who works for Serta recommended 1st Leading because she has used you for moving beds around the city. So I called, and in my very frustrated state, Jennifer took great care and time with me to make it better. The kind of customer service she provided and peace of mind are priceless. I wish all people in customer service were so kind, thoughtful, and made life so painless. She was absolutely fantastic!

I did not want another day to go by without taking the time out to say how much we, here at Primitive, appreciate the extraordinary work that is being done for us by Jennifer Murawski. Often we speak daily, and she is always prepared, confident in 1st Leading’s abilities to serve our needs, and provides us with unparalleled service to other companies that we have used in the past.  Past being key!!  We always call you first now.

Recently, she organized several truckloads of art, artifacts, and high-end furnishings…all coming from various parts of the country, and all time-sensitive to our schedule, and the client’s schedule.  We had a team flying into Arizona to do an installation, and everything had to arrive and be fully installed and coordinated with our own travel arrivals and departures.  There were a few hiccups, but all was handled professionally and thoroughly by 1st Leading…beginning with Jennifer and ending with the unwavering help of Julio Torres.  Without Julio working in tandem with our staff, and the drivers, and workers sent to unload, we simply could not have achieved our goals for those two crucial days.

Your delivery people were wonderful…they were very nice and efficient and should be commended. Please tell them that they did a great job and they cleaned up the garbage etc. I was very nervous as my back is bad and they were great and I really appreciate the service. Please commend them on a job well done. Naturally, I tipped them but wanted to give them more…they deserved 50 each but I didn’t know they would be so great…very nice people. The only thing I suggest is that you get the delivery people booties as their shoes were really dirty and I was embarrassed to give them booties to wear over their shoes…but they were great and if you are the boss, please tell them I appreciate such efficiency and they were nice as can be.
